I have to say that, at certain point of time in a day, we need to do a routine check on ourselves. We have to ask a question to ourselves. To achieve positive, we need to know how we feel at certain point of time. And what caused that feeling? Do we have control over the causes? I always think that we actually can choose how we feel about certain thing. It's just that we are taught to think or react in a certain way since our young age.
Give it a try, I'm practising now. Sometimes we don't know how we felt and reacted in a certain way, that causes negative forces surrounding us. So time for a check.
